As BookYourData scaled its user base and inbound demand, the company saw a clear opportunity to convert more of that momentum into revenue through a stronger GTM system. Within the first few weeks, Workflows helped bring BookYourData’s GTM-tech setup into one connected system. Instead of adding more tools, the focus was on simplifying how everything worked together and making first-party data central to every decision.

Workflows designed a GTM system based on BookYourData’s use cases. This included a customized Clay setup, a visitor identification stack built on first-party data, and HubSpot workflows to automatically enrich, segment, and prioritize leads.

Outreach across email and LinkedIn was structured to work together, supported by lead nurturing, champion tracking, and referral flows triggered by user behavior.

Everything was built as one flow. Website activity fed directly into outreach. Replies were instantly pushed into HubSpot. Referrals were tracked and tied back to revenue. This made the system easier to run day to day and much clearer to evaluate what was actually working.
